Ad-Hoc Support Package (£35 per hour)

This option provides the most flexibility, offering support whenever necessary, without any obligations. After agreeing either a fixed price or an estimated duration, you pay only for the hours you need me, with no minimum.

Monthly Retainer Packages

My regular clients prefer to establish a retainer, especially if they have ongoing tasks or need to know they have priority, and my undivided attention guaranteed for a number of hours each month. I ask for a minimum of 5 hours per month, with flexibility over when you use these hours. Additional hours are billed at the same rate.

The first month will be a trial period allowing us both to get to know each other and to familiarise ourselves with the way we work together. After the first month, you are billed the agreed retainer amount on an ongoing monthly basis with a 1-month written notice period for cancellation.

Hours are tracked using time-tracking software and I am fully insured and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for Data Protection purposes.

That’s it! No hidden charges or additional fees. You don't pay for national insurance, taxes, pension, sick pay or even my lunch break... all you pay for is my complete, undivided attention when you need it!
